How does it work?
Autographs
We offer a large selection of autographed items available for purchase.
Once an order is placed, your order will be sent to the desired client to be signed.
Please note: Items are not signed prior to ordering. Please allow some time for us to fulfill your order.
Add Ons
Authentication : Jsa
For an additional charge, JAMES SPENCE AUTHENTICATION (JSA) can further validate the authenticity of your item. When purchased, there will be a sticker placed on your item with a unique number. This unique number is only for your item and certifies that the signature you are receiving is authentic. A Certification Card corresponding with that unique number is shipped with your item.

Quotes
If you decide to certify your autograph by James Spence Authentication, please give us two additional weeks to fulfill that part of the order.
Additionally, if your item has been recently certified, please allow some time for the JSA database to update.
While personalizations [i.e. To (Your Name)] are free, you can add your favorite character quote for an additional charge.

Have your own item?
You can send it in!
We offer three tiers for send-ins: small, medium, and large. All tiers differentiate in price.
Small Send-Ins
8x10s, 8x12s, DVD and Video Game Covers, Flats Smaller than 8x12.
medium Send-Ins
Flat Items between the size of 8x14 and 27x41, records, toys or toy boxes sized less than 11x14x6.
Large Send-Ins
Poster, or rolled print item between the size of 16x20-27x41, 16x20-27x41 poster (Folded), Toy over 11x8x5 and up to 17x12x6, Unflattened Large Size Funko, Clothing, Prop, etc.
Upon purchase, you will receive an email of where to send your item(s).
IMPORTANT:
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any send ins, such as items that may be difficult to sign or contain inappropriate content. If you're unsure whether your item will be accepted, please seek approval first by emailing us at orders@celebworx.com
Once you have shipped your item(s), please upload the tracking number at celebworx.com/sendintracking so we can anticipate the arrival of your package.
Please note: For Multiple Item Purchases, you may be invoiced for additional shipping based on the quantity and costs of your order.
Send In Shipping Return Costs
All customers are responsible for the proper postage of their send in items. At checkout, there were three return options to pick from regarding sending in items. These were as follow:
Send In Small Return Shipping $10.99
Send In Medium Return Shipping $14.99
Send In Large Return Shipping $19.99
These are payments towards your return shipping to insure that we don’t hold up your item during the return process any longer than we have to. Of course, depending on the item’s weight, the shipping cost might be more. In the event of this occurring, we might be e-mailing you to cover the difference.
As many fans understand, it’s not possible to ship your poster or toy First Class for a rate of $5.99. It’s physically not possible. Of course, we will do our best to save you as much money on shipping as possible.
Combined Shipping
When we say we will save you money on return shipping, we will do our best. If you were charged for multiple items on multiple send ins, we will always try to combine shipping. If we are able to partially refund you on multiple signing purchases, we will. However, these refunds are based on good faith and left on discretion of postage and packing costs.

Also please, do not think you can pull a fast one by sneaking in a quote/inscription/character name that you did not pay for (where applicable), the labels are checked ahead of the signing. If we have already expressed a quote is not possible, do not write it on the post it note. It will just add more work for our staff to redo your post it note.

THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE SENDING IN AN ITEM
Track your outgoing items using USPS Delivery Tracking service, or another package tracking app. If possible, upload the tracking number at celebworx.com/sendintracking so we can anticipate the arrival of your package.
Do Not Use Packaging Tape Directly On Any Of Your Items

Do Not Submit A Quote If You Didn’t Pay For It. We will email you for payment or the quote WILL NOT be added.
Not all items may be accepted. If we have approved your item via email or message, you’re set!
Not all pen color or pen requests are guaranteed.
Don’t Use Cheap Materials To Ship Your Item. Make Sure To Protect or Pad Your Item How You Wish Us To Return Your Item Back To You.
We will send you tracking information as soon as your item ships.
While we do accept refunds, WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS.

All live stores are open and are available to purchase from at any time. It just may take some time for items to then be completed.
How Long will It Take for me to receive my item(s)?
If you ordered an item through CelebWorx, you are all set! Sit back and relax-- the hard part is over for you as the customer and fan! We can’t wait to complete the signing and mail your item.
All our orders are completed as they are ordered. They are not pre-signed, so please be patient with us.
It generally takes two weeks after the order cut off to complete the signing. It will be an additional 5-7 business days to start mailing items back after that.
If you purchased a cast item, our goal is to ship your item within two weeks of the last signing cut off date advertised. This is based on the actor’s cut off dates advertised on our website.
However, please remember a signer’s schedule can change daily. If a signing is postponed and our timeframe is affected, please be patient with us. We promise we are trying to get your items signed at the soonest possible date. We have a general status update of orders at the table below to provide some more information on your order.
